The awareness and awakening, I experience everyday in my work…aaha..!sometimes in the serenity of teaching yoga, sometimes in the clanging of weights, sometimes in the endorphin rush of endurance, sometimes in the stillness of meditation, are equally nourishing to my mind ,body and soul as spending a few days in a retreat…..the joy is in the journey…yes, its great to find the space, time, and money for retreats which take you away from the rough and tumble of life and I highly recommend it , I also invite you to make your everyday life ……exercising, cooking, driving, cleaning, a place to explore the same stillness you may receive while surrounded by people and teachers who are on the same path.If we can find a place which is quiet inside of us, then the gym could be noisy, the yoga teacher not what you expect, the driver behind you honking, or the cooking a disaster, you will learn that this moment is the perfect teacher ,and the joy is in journey……
in gratitude for my work
